Everyone's efforts must be recognized (this is what mr chia said last year T.T ) , so i shall say it here.
Sec 1 orientation was successful. Thanks to all the councilors, this includes to F1 and F2. And to all exco, seniors, advisors and teachers for contributing to the camp in one way or the other.
But i want to thank F3 specially, haha, coz is my family mahs... so to all the ladies and gentleman of F3. A very big THANK-YOU :D
The first time i look at my family member's list, i was abit scared. Coz i don't know every single one of your. But as we meet up during the holiday, i gradually know your. Erm, except for faizan and fairus, coz the 2 names are so similar, and, adele alexie regina julia. all 4 look almost the same to me. but i get it all right during the sec1 camp...
One by one, your pro and cons show up. I didn't know rahmat zoddi and shiping can dance so well. I didn't know sureckha chianyong julian can mingle so well with the sec 1s. And most amazing of all, i didn't know kaiwen and fahmy could lead 1t1 so well.
Zhihui and haleeda, ty for assisting mr na yong yao, everyone knows he still have abit of sotong-ness in him. Cherly and Gavin, ty for always giving me your smile, no matter how tough the job is to handling the sec1s. ty keith for always giving me ideas, but it seem that onlyone/none were used-.-
mengteng and jude, both missed the fun and laughter during the camp. mengteng had pa work to do. jude had photographs to take...
priya danial haris. the quiet ones who follow instructions...
i've learnt quite a number of things from this camp. one of it is to take down dozens and dozens and dozens of your orders. *laughs when i think back* collecting money etc etc... And how to wash toilet T.T

Hi all ogls! okay, sec1 orientation is finally over. here to post my thoughts and feelings..and some words i would like to say to my family2~
Okay, from the first and second day, i know we all felt the same. esp the family heads and class ics? i can see we're stressed and kind of demoralised. By the response of the sec1s. 1e3 and 1n1 has some problems too, i would type it out here yah~ and srsly felt like theres nothing we could do. but soon towards the third day, things sort of improve. :) they starting cheering, and listening to us. we all had much fun together. and i guess we were all more bonded and know each other more^^
Camp was fun, marbles was our motivation. LOL. but i think the campfire was quite rushy. as we all had to rush to YCSS night afterwards. overall, it was v v successful and great and well done :)
only regret is........we taught sec1s "Fire" but we did not dance together! awww.
Now, some words to tell family2 ogls! wanted to tell talk to you guys aft the appreication session, but it was too late. and everybody was tired...so x.x.
Krishanth- Eh babo (spell like that? o.o) ! I really had fun working with you. and you're a good asst family head :) you assitted me alot! and help me in lotsa things. and when i got stressed and all that, you will help me and make things simpler i suppose? hahahaha. Really so much thanks. even though you're not here on the second day, we still manage and thanks for all the entertainment! all the funny things you do. and dont need say sorry to me la, alright kris. You're grreat and thankyou :)
Kristine- Thanks so much kr, you're a good class leader :) some stuffs happen and we do manage thru. Quite some unhappiness too... really had lotsa fun with you..thanks uh. for all the helpings, and suggestions. and for our dance too. For just everything! and for always cooperating :) Without you i will dk what to do man, thanks okie! ^^
Vivian- Ehhhh sotong, xD. you're soooo sotong. hahahaa! okay, you're really great too. even though i v less go to n1 luh, but can see you did a great job. and help krishanth and everything. Hi my fellow OGLs! It's JunHong here once again, alright, came to share some things with you OGLs after the orientation. (:
Today is 9.01.10, it somehow or rather, mark the 4th month anniversary of the first time when we have our official meeting with everyone of your and discussion with Advisors, ExCos, Family Heads. I remember that date 09.09.09, they day that doesn't passed by so common. :P
Okay, for this 4th months, all of us have indeed grown. We have been through all odds together, like planning out carefully with you fellow OGLs to carve out one of the best orientation all of us ever had!
Everyone are equally important here, I was moved when I saw you guys trying your best in the respective three comms, to keep things going. Without games, how we further do bonding between sec 1s and us? Without food, they will have no energy to do the rest of the programmes at the night. Without scdc, I will never know that a disco looks like this. Ya that's roughly about it, I will go to my next point. (:
Regarding last night's debrief, I am here to tell your some words I have to say, since I didn't have much to say last night.
Okay, OGLs, first of all, I do not stress. Normally by deducing from my facial expressions, majority will assumed myself to be stressed, however that's when I usually do some thinking in my mind. What I had said yesterday really mean it, you guys are already very good! Who doesn't make mistakes? Mistakes are an element that enable the leaders to strengthen his or herself, an element to do constant self-reflection, and to often to remind ourselves not to repeat it again.
Don't be disheartened should anything you have done was wrong or whatsoever, and be demoralized. Cheer up! We are all OGLs. 'Once a leader, always a leader' Never doubt about it. React like a leader, behave like a senior, lead and serve by example, continue the path of leadership.

Hmm, well, the orientation has come to an end. Months of work is finally paid off in this short 1 week. Good job guys!
SCDC/seniors/sports leaders: Good job on the decorations in the hall for the YCSS Night. It was awesome seriously, I was stunned. It was an awesome night and very very successful! SCDC people, hope you had learnt something here, like how to decorate things and stuffs. :)
OGLS: I was quite surprised to see that the Sec 1s actually "opened up" when I went back on Wednesday. Letting alone the first day of school(as they will definitely won't be so active), you only spent 2 days to hype them up! Great job done!
EXCO: Now, Jun Hong don't have to be stressed about it anymore, Prevena won't have to sleep in fear in SC room. Hahaha! God job guys, everything went well eventually. And thanks for the card. Haha! Not bad, last minute still can produce it. Efficient. HAHA! Good luck for your O Levels! :)
Also wanna thank the Games Comm(if not we will be bored to the max), Food Comm(if not we will die of hunger) for being there in the camp!

Tmrw only need to bring family identity, and we have bought 2 tubes of lightsticks~ so during performance can wear alot. ^^ lightsticks are for ogls only:) okie and family funds are all spent alrd eh~
Okie i think we all are fine and ready for our performance. tmrw lets give it our best, though there are some who will not be dancing ~ the 14 of us though we are short in number but we can do it de. all the best for tmrw camp and performance! xD..
