Please get the shirt sizes from your leaders by this week. I know there are changes to your leaders, so get their numbers(if you had not done so) and get their sizes.

Include the name of the leaders and the sizes. Indicate which family you are from also. Pass it to Prevena by this week. Thanks.

Just to clarify some doubts, the shirt is compulsory. Shirt sizes are unisex, so just indicate the size that you usually wear. There is no specific male or female cutting.
